Create an HMI Test Record

Line Number	The Line number (i.e. A2)
Cluster	The Cluster the device is on (i.e. L3)
Location/Bay	The Bay the device is on (01-60)
Step Number	The step being processed.
Asset Tag Number	The asset tag number/package Id being scanned during boxing.
Worker Tag Number	The process worker's tag number/box number the device is being scanned into.
Device Make	The type of device, i.e. Samsung, Huawei, etc/Stock Code.
